Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Devotion Media ("we," "us") handles information in the Devotion Dispatch app (for our creative team) and the Devotion Suite app (for our retainer clients), together the "Apps."

Information we collect

• Account information — your name and email address, used to create and secure your account.
• Booking information — for clients, the details you provide to schedule a shoot, such as the shoot address, company name, and the nature of the work.
• Location — for team members using Devotion Dispatch, your device location is used to match you with nearby shoots and calculate travel. Location is used while you use the app; it is not tracked in the background for advertising.
• Device / push token — a notification token so we can send you booking alerts and status updates.

How we use it

• To operate the dispatch service: create bookings, match shoots to creators, and show shoot details.
• To send notifications (new shoot offers, assignment and completion updates).
• To add accepted shoots to your device calendar, if you grant permission.
• To secure accounts and provide support.

We do not

• Sell or rent your personal information.
• Use third-party advertising or analytics/tracking SDKs.
• Track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Service providers

We share data only with vendors that help us run the service, under their own terms: Apple and Google (push notification delivery), our scheduling provider (calendar sync), our cloud hosting provider, and a geocoding service to convert shoot addresses into coordinates for travel estimates.

Data retention & account deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete Account) or by emailing us. We will delete your data promptly, except where we must retain limited records to meet legal or accounting obligations.

Security

Passwords are stored hashed, data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access is restricted.

Children

The Apps are intended for business use by adults and are not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
